Our best prices are always by booking direct.

We operate a two-night minimum stay from May – September and certain dates outside of these months. One-night stays are available in March, April and October. One-night stays may also become available between May – September and are advertised up to 2 weeks prior to arrival date.

Each room has a maximum capacity of 2 adults. All guests must be 18 or over. In each room, at least one guest must be 21 or over.

Cancellation policies differ if booking direct or if booking through an online travel agency. Please check the specific cancellation policy at time of booking.

Please contact us directly for cancellation policies if you are booking 3 or more rooms, as these differ to cancellation policies for bookings up to and including 2 rooms.

Booking direct will always give you the best cancellation policy.

We advise guests to take out suitable travel insurance in the event of cancellations that are non-refundable.

Eilean Donan Guest House offers room only accommodation. We do not provide breakfast.

A public room with tables is provided for guests to eat meals. Meals are not to be eaten in the bedrooms.

The guest house is within 5 minutes’ walk from the supermarket and excellent eateries in Ullapool. We are happy to recommend places to eat.

Check-in is between 4.30pm – 9.00pm. If you will be arriving later than 9.00pm, please let us know so that we can make necessary arrangements.

Early check-in is not available.

Check-out is by 10.00am. Late check-out is not available.

We do not accept children in the property. All guests must be 18 or over.

In each room, at least one guest must be 21 or over.
